Our Doctors
Dr. Doug Kosek
In practice for over 20 years, Dr. Doug Kosek is an expert in aesthetic dentistry, orthodontics, and general dentistry. In addition to his degree from the Indiana University school of Dentistry (1996), Dr. Kosek also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Purdue University (1991). Patients mostly know Dr. Kosek for his smile and warm demeanor, and his ability to put people at easy while providing the best possible care. He enjoys helping people rediscover their smile and teaching people how to enjoy good dental care their whole life long. Dr. Kosek and his wife, Darcy, have two beautiful daughters.
Dr. Dan Kreager
Dr. Kreager has over 20 years of experience in treating dental disease, restoring smiles, and working with patients on their dental needs. A 1981 graduate of Ferris State University in pharmacy and a 1988 graduate of the University of Michigan in dentistry, Dr. Kreager was the owner/dentist of his own practice for 20 years. He has completed numerous continuing education courses through The Clinical Research Associates, Dr. Gordon Christensen, D.D.S., M.S. (a world leader in dentistry). He has been married to his wife, Diane, for 34 years, and has 3 married children, and one grandchild.
Our Staff
Doreen Pienkowski
Doreen has been serving as a trusted member of our team for 12 years. In her role as hygenist, she has especially loved the opportunity to teach people about how to keep their teeth healthy and beautiful their whole life long. Doreen has also given of her time and talents by working on oversees in medical missions and being involved with Ducks Unlimited.
Melissa Van Poppel
A local graduate of IUSB, Melissa has been working in dentistry for over a decade. Melissa's favorite part of working on our team is the family atmosphere that she and others bring to our work. When she is not teaching our patients about the best in oral health, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Stormi Garab
Stormi is our unofficial 'Jack of All Trades', helping with dental, business, and even technology aspects of DK Dental. She enjoys getting to know each of our patients on a first-name basis and learning about the lives of those she serves. Stormi has her hands full at home as well as the mother of 3 wonderful girls.
Nicole Borosh
Another proud graduate of IUSB, Nicole assists Drs. Kreager and Kosek with procedures great and small. She loves to laugh and brings fun and humor to our office. When not working away in our office, Nicole is an avid outdoorswoman.
Melissa Davis
Melissa has been in the dental field for 9 years and loves the continual learning of her work. She works both in the business and dental aspects of DK Dental, allowing her to serve our patients with a complete picture of their needs. She enjoys making patients feel welcome and comfortable and can usually be found wearing a big smile.
Stephanie Schmidt
Stephanie has been with DK Dental for 17 years, helping to ensure the business end of our office works perfectly. She is very knowledgable in many aspects of both our office and insurance in general; if you have questions, Stephanie is your go-to person.
